Here is how setup, access and billing work.
How long is the Free Trial?
One OLT is free for one calendar month from your company's creation date. Billing shows the expiry date. After it ends, stored inventory stays available, while live OLT access requires Professional payment. Saving or switching plans never restarts the trial.
Can I cancel an unpaid OLT increase?
Yes. Open Billing or the invoice and choose Cancel request. Your current paid allowance remains active and the cancelled bill stays in history. You can then request a different total allowance. A payment captured after cancellation is recorded for platform review.
Who can use Permanent Free?
Only companies granted permission by the platform owner. It includes unlimited OLTs at ₹0 with no expiry while the grant remains active. Company Owners cannot enable it for themselves.
Can anyone create a company?
Yes. Public signup creates a separate company and its Owner account immediately. The one-month, one-OLT Free Trial starts without payment. You can then create users inside your company and assign their permissions.
Which OLTs can I use?
The project includes Huawei and ZTE workflows and additional vendor drivers. Available commands and diagnostics vary by model and firmware. Review the capabilities and test your device connection before using live actions.
What does the OLT allowance include?
It is the number of OLT records your company may save. Active and inactive OLTs both count. Subscriber ONUs are managed through those OLTs.
When are monthly payments due?
The next invoice is generated ahead of renewal. Pay before its due date, which is the start of the next service period. Unpaid service pauses live device actions and synchronization; saved inventory and Billing remain available.
Can I change my paid OLT allowance?
Yes. Choose your total allowance in Billing. Increases generate a payable bill immediately and activate after verified payment. Added OLTs are charged for the current period's remaining days; paid reductions apply at renewal. Existing issued bills keep their original amounts.
Does an Unknown status mean my OLT is offline?
Unknown means connectivity could not be confirmed. Missing server tools, incorrect credentials, a busy worker or an old check can cause it. Open Details for the specific checks and use Check status after resolving the cause.
Are monthly payments automatic?
No. Review your invoice and complete a manual PayU hosted checkout each month. Verified live payments activate the paid service; test payments do not.
